If you are concerned about a child

Where there are significant immediate concerns about the safety of a child, you should contact the police on 999

If you have a concern that a child is vulnerable or at risk of significant harm, please contact the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in York on 01904 551900 and select option 5 or email MASH@york.gov.uk.  Outside office hours, at weekends and on public holidays contact the emergency duty team on 0300 131 2 131.

If you would like to make a referral for Targeted Early Help support or access advice for a family, you can contact the MASH Early Help Co-ordinators on 01904 551900 and select option 4 or email them at earlyhelp@york.gov.uk
